ReBorn Creative was founded in January of 2007 when a graphic designer and a restaurant owner and entrepreneur from Poulsbo,WA recognized a need for marketing and design services for small businesses in Kitsap County. Jay and Paul worked together to learn as much as they could about the ever changing Internet marketing industry by working hand in hand with clients who understood their desire to learn and passion to turn out a quality product. Both soon became well known for their creative approaches and ability to intertwine online marketing with the nightlife industry in both Kitsap County and Seattle, WA. In mid 2007 their talent for creative branding and attention to detail was recognized by a social network startup out of Bellevue, WA. Both Jay and Paul were invited to become full time directors with the company. Spending the last 2 years completely immersed in social media and working hand in hand with some of the strongest team members in the industry, Paul and Jay made the decision to return to working with small businesses that could benefit from their vast knowledge of online communities as well as marketing in the social realm and eye catching web 2.0 design.

Paul Diamond is a fourth generation entrepreneur. After studying at Washington State University, Paul decided that his learning would be more effective studying at the School of Hard Knocks, the only school in the world where one takes the test and then learns the material. An experienced restaurateur and devout student of marketing in the real world; Paul decided to start a company providing services that he most desired while running his businesses. Paul has studied internet marking and branding in order to build a strong following and create a constantly growing customer base for his clients.
Paul also uses his knowledge of the technical side of the business to communicate ideas to the development team that constructs the projects at hand. With a very strict attention to detail he also makes sure that at the end of every project the client is satisfied and the goal of customer acquisition is met.
Jay West
Art Director
Jay West started out as a professional graphic designer and illustrator in 2004. During the first two years of his career, he worked in the print industry, designing a vast array of materials, including logos and identity, business cards, full-scale portfolio books, signs, and menus. In 2006, Jay left print behind to start Reborn Creative with Paul, becoming successful immediately. Working as the art director at a social network in bellevue, Jay learned how to manage design teams as well as how to generate a streamlined path for website users. Jay has been studying User Interface Design for three years and has become a master of directing customers traffic to drive results. He is regarded as a top designer in the Seattle area’s nightlife industry and continues to grow every day. With his deep knowledge in a variety of design mediums, he is a great asset to the team.
John Rito
Lead Software Engineer
John Rito brings an extensive range of talents and experience to Reborn in the areas of rich media and web application, design, and development. John is proficient in multiple programming languages, including HTML, Java, PHP, CSS, Flash, AJAX, MySQL, and XML. Prior to joining Reborn, John contracted work for companies such as Fox Home Entertainment, Def Jam Records, Arista Records, Puma, Starwood Hotels, Sundance Channel, BET, Destiny’s Child, and Krucial Keys. John has strong technical communication skills and has the ability to translate difficult technological situations into laymans terms and teach even the most inexperienced computer user to feel comfortable behind the keyboard.
Allan Stevens
Web Analytics Consultant | Online Business Development
Allan Stevens provides Reborn with a diverse technical and business management background that spans 15 years. As President of Metropolitan Audio Video, Inc., a Seattle-based smart home integration company, Allan designed, engineered, and sold complex integrated software and hardware systems to clients such as Lebron James, Gary Payton, Matt Hasselbeck, Jamal Crawford, Dale Chihuly, and other Fortune 500 executives. His work has been featured in magazines, on television, and in other industry publications. In 2005, Allan successfully led Metropolitan through an acquisition by Bellevue, WA-based Home Technologies, Inc., where he assumed a role in Business Development prior to founding Wild, LLC. Allan is currently the President and COO of Wild LLC, the parent company of the social network, Runwild.com. Allan also works as a consultant for Yahoo Web Analytics and works hand in hand with a vast majority of analytics professionals in the online community.
